Santa Brownies

Chocolate Christmas Recipe

It's the last week of school before Christmas break, and if you were thinking of making a Christmas treat for your child to bring to school, this is a great, quick and easy and nut free one: Cute Santa Brownies! They would also be a great dessert at any Christmas party or get-together. You can make them from scratch, or go faster with a brownie mix, or even faster still and just use already made two-bite brownies!
What you need:
  • Box of brownie mix, or a batch of your homemade brownies, or a package of two-bite brownies.
  • Strawberries
  • Whipped cream, or icing

How to make them:
  1. They are just as simple as they look! Make your brownies according to your recipe or box instructions. When cooled, cut into round shapes. (If using two-bite brownies just skip this step).
  2. Top each brownie with a spritz or dollop of whipped cream, or icing, making sure you go right to the edge of the brownie.
  3. Cut off the top part of the strawberries and set them upside down on each brownie. Add a bit of whipped cream to the top to make the end of the Santa hat.
So easy it feels like cheating, but look how cute and festive they are!
